Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
