Description

A delightful side dish featuring zucchini coated in a crunchy breadcrumb mixture with rich Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
