Description

A creamy and nutritious dessert made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, and natural sweeteners, perfect for health-conscious indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey/agave nectar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water or plant-based milk (optional, to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into your blender or food processor.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. If the mixture appears too thick, pour in a little water or plant-based milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more syrup if preferred.
  6. Once creamy and smooth, transfer the pudding to individual serving dishes or one container.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and texture to firm slightly.

Notes

Always use ripe avocados for the best flavor and texture. Experiment with sweeteners and toppings for added variety.
