- 2 Tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt, or 3/4 tsp (4 ml) table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml) black pepper

- Pour in the lemon juice and vegetable oil, then sprinkle with the sea salt and black pepper, adjusting the seasoning to your liking.
