Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust (gluten-free if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if using a baked crust.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the avocado mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy dessert!
Notes
For an added twist, consider adding a pinch of espresso powder to enhance the chocolate flavor.
