Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them and mix in cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Take a corn tortilla, place some of the potato mixture in the center, and fold it over.
- Fry the stuffed tortillas in the hot oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
