Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup diced apples
- Additional cinnamon and sugar for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown, about another 2-3 minutes.
- Continue this process until all the batter is used.
- Serve warm, sprinkling additional cinnamon and sugar over the top.
