Description

A delightful blend of apples and cinnamon in a creamy cottage cheese base, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Stir in your choice of rolled oats or almond flour, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. Fold in the finely diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the mixture.
