Description

A comforting dish made with ground beef, onion, and creamy mushroom soup, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup green beans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
  5. Pour beef broth and cream of mushroom soup over the patties.
  6. Add green beans if desired.
  7. Cover and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side.

Notes

Customize your patties by adding additional spices or herbs. For extra moisture, splash in more beef broth or cream of mushroom soup if the mixture seems dry.
