Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup green beans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
- Pour beef broth and cream of mushroom soup over the patties.
- Add green beans if desired.
- Cover and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side.
