Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar together. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
- (Optional) Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
