Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 1 tablespoon softened butter (per tortilla)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (generous amount)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over both flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge.
- Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese layer according to your taste.
- Stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the stacked tortillas in the air fryer and cook for approximately five minutes, keeping an eye on them.
- Pull out the dish as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown with crispy edges.
- Allow it to cool for a minute or two.
- Slice the cheesy creation with a pizza cutter into individual servings.
