Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and tender.
