Description

A delightful and nutritious meal featuring juicy air-fried chicken breast paired with crispy Brussels sprouts, perfect for busy families or cozy weekend dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a separate bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken and Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked through (165°F) and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve.
