  • 2 pounds of chicken (any cut of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well coated with the marinade. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
