Tender and savory slow-cooked steak bites made with just five simple ingredients for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 3–4 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 4 tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
- 1 cup beef broth
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Trim and cube the top sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces, removing any gristle or fat.
- Place the steak cubes into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus mix and onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
- Place the butter pats on top of the steak.
- Pour the beef broth evenly over all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
Notes
Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or green beans. Add chopped parsley for garnish.
