Description

Tender and savory slow-cooked steak bites made with just five simple ingredients for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 34 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Trim and cube the top sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces, removing any gristle or fat.
  2. Place the steak cubes into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus mix and onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
  4. Place the butter pats on top of the steak.
  5. Pour the beef broth evenly over all the ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.

Notes

Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or green beans. Add chopped parsley for garnish.
