A simple yet flavorful dish featuring ground beef, enchilada sauce, and cheese wrapped in flour tortillas, perfect for a cozy family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
- Place a few tablespoons of the beef mixture into each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
