Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Fresh raspberries (for topping)
- Vegan chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, almond milk, and maple syrup.
- Whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to eliminate any clumps.
- Cover and let the chia pudding rest for at least 10-20 minutes before eating, or place it in the fridge overnight for a thicker texture.
- When ready to enjoy, top the pudding with fresh raspberries and vegan chocolate chips, or toppings of your choice!
Notes
For added flavor, try using coconut milk or adjusting the sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
