Description

A simple and delicious avocado bread made with just three main ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend, mozzarella, or cheddar)
  • 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a medium bowl using a fork, leaving some texture.
  2. Add the egg and shredded cheese, mixing until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. For the oven: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, divide the mixture into 3 balls, flatten them into patties, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For the air fryer: Line the basket with parchment paper, place the patties, and air fry for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in garlic powder, onion powder, or fresh herbs. Ensure even thickness for the patties to cook uniformly.
