Instructions

  1. Prepare Chocolate Cupcakes: Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  2. For Heart Shaped Strawberry Hand Pie: Roll out dough and cut into heart shapes. Fill with fresh strawberries mixed with a hint of sugar. Seal the edges and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare Mini Decadent Chocolate Ganache Bundt Cakes by mixing flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, water, coffee, and oil. Combine all ingredients and fill mini bundt pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
  4. Assemble Petit Fours by cutting cake layers into squares. Dip each square in any flavored simple syrup, then coat with fondant or icing. Decorate with sprinkles or edible decorations as desired.
