Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Place the tortillas in a baking dish and fill each with the seasoned chicken.
- Top each taco with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add lettuce and tomatoes on top.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
