Description

Quick and satisfying baked chicken tacos filled with seasoned chicken, topped with melted cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
  3. Place the tortillas in a baking dish and fill each with the seasoned chicken.
  4. Top each taco with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and add lettuce and tomatoes on top.
  7. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
