Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cottage cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. If using, add the egg for extra binding.
- Divide the mixture into equal parts, shaping them into bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Extra flavor can be added with garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs. Adjust consistency with more almond flour or cottage cheese as needed.
